Hi there, I’m Milena Santacruz Guerrero
Growing up in a humble town, art was my refuge. I’m inspired by my mother’s love for sewing, she taught me the power hard work, and the dedication of my grandfather, a skilled tailor.
I worked 12 years in intensive care, where precision and focus were second nature. However, i was thirsty for creation i was constantly drawing, painting and reading about art techniques, until I meet Myrai Lavoie, ART director. I worked with her in two fashion shows, music videos, i was also assisting in photoshoots.

Later on, i joined Lavender May Productions. i quickly made my way as head costumière and event coordinator, working with her I realized costumes aren’t just clothes—they’re stories waiting to be told

During the years woking for Lavender May production, i was blessed to be able to make wigs, garments, props, accessories, i designed costumes from sketch to reality.
I’ve dressed international burlesque stars and curated my own collection where i directed the creative team and supervised the quality. I helped to dress performers and contributed coordinating events for JEGANtic group like; Guy Laliberte at yokoluna, Alec Monopoly, 11 Vodka F1 , Boa Vida Opening, Hôtel Marriot opening. I also worked as stage manager at the Casino Playground in Kanawake.

My mission is clear: to empower artists through tailored costumes.
I approach this opportunity with a humble eagerness to learn and invest myself fully because I feel incredibly grateful for the chance to pursue my passion: costume design.
